Toy Safety Standards

Safety – Your Most Important Concern For the Most Important People in Your Life

Today's toy market is an overwhelming mix of promises and scandal. You can now read—online or in the news—report after report of imported toy products that are found to contain highly toxic levels of lead. It’s scary enough to make you stop buying toys and other products off the shelf for your children.

At Imaginatives, we understand your fears. We also hear you when you ask the simple question:

“Is this Christmas elf safe for my child?”

We wouldn't want your child to have something we wouldn't give our own children. That's why Christopher Pop-In-Kins has gone through the most rigorous safety testing available. In February 2008, Christopher Pop-In-Kins passed or exceeded 16 different toy safety tests.

We tested his entire body to make sure he was safe from head to toe. The test results came back showing Christopher Pop-In-Kins to be perfectly safe in every way for all children over the age of 2 years.

Even though Christopher Pop-In-Kins is designed to be set in places high enough for kids not to reach, we understand every child has the natural desire to see what he feels like, to hold him, and even cuddle with him. So we ensured the following:

  • Christopher Pop-In-Kins will never make your child sick from lead or any heavy metal.
  • He is self-extinguishable should he accidentally get caught in a fire.
  • He does not have any small parts that could fall off and choke a small child or pet.
  • He will stand up to pulling and throwing if someone gets the urge to “test him out.” (We hope no one decides to do that, but he's up to the challenge “just in case.”)

When you invite Christopher Pop-In-Kins in to your home, you can be sure that he's not only a thrill to have around, he's safe for your entire family. That's the Imaginatives promise.
